Ministries
Bus Ministry
The bus ministry at Parkway Baptist Church serves to bring people to church from the Asheville area that cannot come any other way. It helps fulfill the Bible command to "go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. (Luke 14:23)"
Children's Ministry
We have a vibrant children's ministry at Parkway Baptist Church with Sunday School, Children's Church, and Wednesday Evening Youth Group. We want all kids that come to learn about God and have fun doing it. We also provide free special outings for all children and we take them to camp every year. He strive to reach the children in Asheville for Christ
Teen Ministry
We know that the teenage years are a trying time so we want to help teens in Asheville during this time in their life. We provide Sunday School and Wednesday Evening Youth Group for the teens. We also provide free special outings for the teens and we take them to camp every year.
Sunday School
We have a Sunday School class for you no matter what walk of life you are in. In the youth department, we have a class for 2-5 year olds, 1st-6th graders, and 7th-12th graders, respectively. For the adults we provide a men's class and a women's class. Sunday School starts at 10:05.
Missions
We believe that missions is a vital part of any New Testament church. We support several missionaries here at Parkway Baptist Church from the United States to around the world.
Visitation
We visit homes several times a month to get the Gospel out to Asheville. We would love for you to become a part of this vital ministry.
